The construction of the annual production capacity of 30,000 tons of high-end aluminum profiles by Yuefeng Aluminum New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. is now in the final sprint stage. The factory renovation has been largely completed, and the core production equipment is being accelerated for installation and commissioning. All the preparations for the production start-up are progressing smoothly. The project is about to achieve a smooth start-up, providing new impetus for the aluminum-based new materials industry in Wuxi.
 
It is known that the project has a total investment of 400 million yuan. The project is equipped with more than 20 large-scale equipment such as extrusion machines, stamping machines, and spraying equipment. It has built multiple intelligent aluminum profile production lines, capable of producing aluminum profiles for home decoration, industrial construction, engineering, and high-end industries. The products are widely used in popular fields such as new energy vehicles, photovoltaics, home appliances, and high-end doors and windows. Since the trial production began in July this year, the production line of Yuefeng Aluminum's annual production capacity of 30,000 tons of aluminum profiles has been operating in an orderly manner, and various home decoration aluminum profile products have been produced stably. The order production and market supply situation is good.
 
It is reported that the project relies on the complete industrial support of the park to achieve local supply of raw materials. All 30,000 tons of aluminum rods required each year are purchased from local enterprises in the park and undergo local raw material deep processing and transformation, effectively saving environmental capacity indicators, and connecting the complete industrial chain from aluminum water to aluminum end products.
