Recently, YUEFENG Aluminum Technology Co., Ltd. successfully passed the recertification of the ISO9001 Quality Management System, ISO4001 Environmental Management System, and ISO45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System. This achievement is not only an authoritative certification of the company's standardized operations throughout all processes but also a solid cornerstone for advancing to higher stages of development.

 

This year, YUEFENG Aluminum has made efforts in both quality control and technological innovation. In terms of quality control, the company has established a comprehensive and meticulous system. Based on the ISO9001 standard, it has developed a documented system covering design, production, and delivery processes, setting clear operational norms and quality standards for each stage. Standardized operations have become routine at production sites, with complete and detailed inspection records and closed-loop management for handling nonconforming products. Core indicators such as product qualification rates and timely response rates for customer complaint handling have met standard requirements, with no major quality incidents occurring throughout the year. By establishing a full-process quality tracking mechanism from "casting-rolling-cold rolling-downstream customer end", the stability of products has been continuously improved.
