Yuefeng Aluminum: Three new aluminum alloy products from the alloy production center were successfully produced continuously in a single day

Recently, the Yuefeng Aluminum Alloy Production Center successfully completed the trial production of three new aluminum alloy round cast bars of different specifications and grades in one go during a single day of continuous production, with a total output of over 100 tons.
The new products 6082F-φ203, 6061B-φ203 and 6063C-φ254 are mainly used in solar photovoltaic modules, lightweight parts for new energy vehicles, and components of new energy storage equipment, etc. They have high requirements for the purity of molten aluminum and grain size.
The alloy production center, in response to the significant differences in composition and process parameters of the three new products, the high requirements for product uniformity and stability, and the difficulty in continuous production, conducted a thorough discussion on production organization, melt quality control, process control, and grain size refinement. They formulated a trial production plan for the new products and successfully achieved a one-time "seamless switch" to switch production. The successful trial production this time has broken the traditional model of producing a single variety in a single batch, setting a new record for the continuous successful production of new products in a single day and providing a new path for the batch conversion of products. The chemical composition, internal structure and other physical properties of the new product all meet the customer's requirements, further enriching the company's range of medium and high-end round cast bars.
