Recently, the Wuxi Economic Information Commission officially announced the list of 138 Wuxi smart factory digital workshops in 2024, and Yuefeng Aluminum Strip production digital workshop and Yuefeng Aluminum Mechanical and Electrical Equipment Co., Ltd. melting and casting tooling production digital workshop were successfully selected.
In order to further optimize and upgrade the intelligent detection level of the surface quality of the plate, at the beginning of 2023, the plate and strip workshop installed a new intelligent detection and control system such as product terminal detector and rough rolling segment cooling control system, which provided strong support for the improvement of the quality of the plate, and the production efficiency and product pass rate were greatly improved.
