On June 20th, the 720,000-ton aluminum-based new material intelligent manufacturing project of Yuefeng New Materials witnessed a significant construction milestone. The core equipment of the project - the rough rolling mill frame - completed the high-precision hoisting operation and was precisely positioned. This successful hoisting operation marked a crucial progress in the installation of the core main equipment of the project, and the overall construction of the project officially entered a new stage of equipment installation challenges.
The cap of the rough rolling machine, as the core load-bearing key equipment of the hot rolling production line, bears the heavy load support throughout the entire aluminum material rolling process. It directly determines the rolling accuracy, operational stability and product quality of high-end aluminum sheet and strip materials. It is also one of the processes with the highest requirements and the greatest construction difficulty in the installation环节 of the entire production line. During this lifting construction, the construction process was strictly controlled, installation parameters were calibrated, and construction difficulties such as the difficulty of positioning during heavy equipment lifting and extremely small installation tolerances were overcome.
