Yuefeng New Materials: Annual revenue of 220 million yuan, accelerating the expansion of the new energy vehicle parts industry

January 9, 2026
Recently (on January 6th), when entering the production workshop of Yuefeng New Materials Co., Ltd. located in Wuxi High-tech Zone, one can see the roar of machines and a bustling scene. Each production line is running at high speed. After going through a series of meticulous processes such as die-casting, precision processing, and CNC processing, the raw materials are finally formed into new energy vehicle components.

As a component supporting enterprise for the new energy vehicle industry, Yuefeng New Materials has, after years of in-depth development, successfully established wheel hub production lines, new energy core component production lines, aerospace core component production lines, and kaba wheel production lines, forming a complete industrial chain covering "material production - mold development - precision casting - deep processing - products". Qiu Xuan, the director of the foundry workshop of the company, introduced: "At present, the daily production capacity of related parts for the tool magazine project can reach 12,000 pieces, and 520 motor rear covers of CATL can be produced daily."

In 2025, Yuefeng New Materials will actively implement the strategy of technological transformation and capacity expansion, and vigorously promote the construction of the annual production of 1 million sets of core components for new energy and the annual production of 1 million sets of intelligent production of cabar wheels. After the completion of these projects, they will provide parts and components for trucks, buses, special vehicles and special-purpose vehicles, further consolidating and enhancing the enterprise's competitiveness in the market. Wang Yu, the general manager of the company, stated: "The company's output value has increased by more than 20% year-on-year in both 2023 and 2024. This growth trend has continued in 2025, with revenue exceeding 220 million yuan." " At present, the two newly added pieces of equipment for manufacturing core components of new energy are undergoing intense debugging. Once the equipment is put into use, the production capacity will be further released.

Since its establishment in Wuxi High-tech Zone in 2019, Yuefeng New Materials has continuously strengthened its manufacturing foundation and now possesses full-chain manufacturing capabilities including the research and development and sales of special alloy materials, smelting, high-pressure casting, low-pressure casting, gravity casting, and CNC precision mechanical processing. At present, the company can achieve an annual production capacity of 150,000 tons of special aluminum alloy materials, 1 million automotive wheels, 1 million kaba wheels, 200,000 sets of core components for aerospace, and 1 million sets of core components for new energy vehicles.

Yuefeng New Materials has been continuously focusing on the two major markets of core components for new energy vehicles and aerospace. With its outstanding product quality, its market territory has been constantly expanding. The company has established good cooperative relations with many well-known automotive enterprises such as Changan, Dongfeng, Yutong and King Long. Meanwhile, the scale of product exports has continued to rise, not only establishing a firm foothold in the Southeast Asian market but also successfully reaching Europe and America.

Liu Lin, the chairman of Yuefeng New Materials, is full of confidence in the future development. He said that in the next five years, the company will rely on Wuxi's abundant aluminum ore resources to carry out industrial chain layout, forming a complete chain from raw material aluminum processing to terminal products. The company plans to build or upgrade four industrial parks, comprehensively laying out the production of core components for new energy vehicles such as motors, electronic control systems, battery boxes, car wheels and tires, and accelerating the expansion of the new energy vehicle industry.
