Recently, the State Intellectual Property Office issued the "Notice on the Evaluation Results of National Intellectual Property Advantage Enterprises and Demonstration Enterprises in 2023", announcing a new round of national intellectual property advantage enterprises and demonstration enterprises, and Yuefeng New Materials Co., Ltd. was awarded a new batch of "National Intellectual Property Advantage Enterprises".
It is reported that the national intellectual property advantage enterprises refer to the enterprises that belong to the key industrial fields of the state and the city, can undertake major and key industrial development projects of the country and the city, have independent intellectual property capabilities, actively carry out the protection and application of intellectual property rights, establish a comprehensive intellectual property management system and mechanism, and have comprehensive strength of intellectual property rights.
Yuefeng New Materials Co., Ltd. has always regarded intellectual property rights as the core driving force for enterprise development. By revising the system and standardizing the process, strengthening incentive measures, focusing on technological innovation and R&D investment, boosting the enthusiasm of intellectual property declaration, regularly carrying out training on intellectual property declaration, and deeply tapping potential innovation points to consolidate the results of declaration. As of October, 264 new independent intellectual property rights have been added in 2023, including 10 invention patents, 235 utility model patents, 7 software works, and 12 registered trademarks, an increase of 186% over 2022. At present, Yuefeng Aluminum has 726 independent intellectual property rights, including 33 invention patents, 613 utility model patents, and 80 soft copyrights, trademark rights and designs.
