Recently, the project in Pizhou City, which is aimed at producing 100,000 tons of industrial alloy aluminum rods and 20,000 tons of industrial and civilian profiles, officially began construction. From signing the contract to initiating the construction process, it only took 5 months. Relying on proactive services and parallel approval procedures, the project has achieved a significant acceleration in the construction process, becoming a demonstration sample of efficient implementation of the aluminum-based new materials industry in the city. It has added new impetus to the expansion and upgrading of the aluminum industry cluster.
Yuefeng New Materials is a key project introduced by Pizhou City in response to the aluminum processing industry's value-added chain. After its commissioning, it will further extend the aluminum value chain, increase product附加值， and contribute to the improvement and expansion of the aluminum industry cluster. To facilitate the early implementation and start of the project， the Municipal Industry and Information Technology Bureau designated project specialists to provide one-on-one full-process assistance and handling services， moving the approval service process forward and transforming it from "enterprises handling procedures" to "specialists handling in advance". For multiple key approval matters such as forest and grass assessment， land approval， and engineering planning permission， the service specialists pre-compiled the approval list and actively coordinated with relevant functional departments to implement multi-round parallel processing， solving bottlenecks and difficulties one by one， and efficiently completing all necessary procedures for the project's start. In addition， infrastructure supporting works such as power supply， water supply， and site leveling were also advanced simultaneously to minimize the pre-construction period.
