Yuefeng New Materials independently developed 1A25 aluminum alloy grade successfully registered

Recently, the aluminum alloy brand independently developed by the research and development team of Yuefeng New Materials Co., Ltd. passed the review of the National Non-ferrous Metals Standardization Technical Committee and was officially registered as the 1A25 brand.
The alloy was developed by the team of Yuefeng Research and Development Center, and officially submitted the application for alloy registration to the National Non-ferrous Metals Standardization Technical Committee on December 22, 2023, and successfully registered on July 19, 2024 after review, publicity and other procedures.
The newly registered alloy has the advantages of high tensile strength, high elongation, outstanding corrosion resistance and good electrical conductivity. At present, the product is mainly used for the positive electrode fluid collector of the power battery, and the alloy has the characteristics of high tensile strength and high elongation, which is suitable for the battery cell with high compaction density.
The successful registration of Yuefeng 1A25 marks an important step taken by the company on the road of alloy research and development, driven by the mission vision of "becoming a world-class new energy aluminum alloy leader", Yuefeng will continue to innovate to meet the higher requirements of the market for product quality and performance.
