On July 21st, the Pu Jin casting workshop of the Yue Feng Technology Vietnam Alumina Project successfully produced the first batch of aluminum ingots. The production of these aluminum ingots marked the achievement of a阶段性 result in the trial production of the casting system.
At 3 p.m. on that day, as the trial production officially began, the insulation furnace slowly tilted from 0° to 20°. The liquid aluminum that had been insulated smoothly entered the casting machine through the chute. After going through processes such as casting, cooling, and demolding, aluminum ingots were successfully formed. Subsequently, the mechanical arm accurately grasped the aluminum ingots and completed stacking. The entire production process ran smoothly and without any hitches. The first batch of aluminum ingots was successfully produced, marking the complete success of the trial production in the large-scale ingot casting workshop. It is reported that to ensure the smooth progress of the trial production, the project team conducted comprehensive inspections and repeated confirmations on key aspects such as equipment installation, electrical power supply, instrument debugging, and system interconnection, ensuring that the entire trial production process was safe, smooth, and orderly. The first batch of aluminum ingots was successfully rolled off the line. The project team fulfilled the milestone targets with their actions, laying a solid foundation for the subsequent trial production and full-scale commissioning of the project.
