On August 20th, the technical team of Yuefeng Aluminum Industry Co., Ltd. was working intensively to install and debug the 5,500-ton new energy vehicle threshold beam extrusion production line. This enterprise has been deeply engaged in the field of transportation lightweighting. The high-end aluminum materials it has developed, such as automotive anti-collision beams and ABS valve blocks, have been supplied to leading automakers like BYD and Xiaomi Auto.
Public information shows that Yuefeng Aluminium Industry Co., Ltd. is a comprehensive enterprise integrating the research and development, design, production and sales of aluminium alloy architectural profiles and industrial materials. With a total investment of 1.89 billion yuan, covering an area of 266,000 square meters, the comprehensive production capacity has reached 160,000 tons, and it has 30 extrusion production lines ranging from 600 to 12,500 tons. It has successively passed the quality, environment, occupational health management system certification, China Classification Society certification, and IATF16949 automotive supplier system certification.
With the rise of the industrial aluminum profile market, Yuefeng Aluminum has intensified its efforts in the development and research of industrial aluminum profiles: it has actively collaborated with Shanghai Volkswagen, FAW-Volkswagen, Midea Group, Minsheng Group, Hangzhou Sanhua Group, Shanghai Benteler Company, Geely Automobile Research Institute, and Zotye Automobile Research Institute, focusing on the research and development of aluminum for transportation lightweighting. We have successively developed and produced lightweight and safe aluminum materials for vehicle bodies such as anti-collision beams for automobiles, ABS valve blocks, and rocker arms.
