Recently, Yuefeng Aluminum Extrusion Manufacturing Department has made a new breakthrough in the short process online quenching production of an alloy bar produced by 55MN extrusion machine.
By melting and casting straight high temperature ingot, the heating energy consumption is reduced, the production process is shortened, and the temperature uniformity of the ingot is higher. This improvement has significantly reduced production costs, significantly improved production efficiency, and increased class output by 50% year-on-year. Optimize the transfer process, the product after quenching from the cold bed transfer to a single lifting transfer, to ensure the surface quality of the product. By precisely controlling the temperature before and after feeding, feeding, discharging, quenching and extrusion process parameters, the single product can achieve the best performance. The production time of each product is recorded in detail, the data is compared and analyzed, and the optimal performance state of the equipment and production is successfully found. This not only improves the operating efficiency of the equipment, but also provides valuable data support for continuous improvement.
In addition, after the transformation of the drainage ditch on both sides of the quenching channel, the overflow problem can be completely solved, the on-site environment is greatly improved, and the purpose of environmental protection production is achieved.
