Argentina has initiated a sunset consolidated review investigation into the change of circumstances of its anti-dumping duties on aluminum tubes from China

On November 6th, the Ministry of Economy of Argentina issued Announcement No. 1753 of 2025, stating that at the application of Argentine producers, it has initiated anti-dumping sunset review and change of circumstances review investigations on aluminum tubes originating from China. The dumping investigation period for this case is from July 2024 to June 2025, and the injury investigation period is from January 2022 to June 2025. The involved products are 3xxx series and 6xxx series non-formed non-alloy or alloy aluminum tubes with an outer tube diameter of no more than 130 millimeters, produced in accordance with the IRAM681 standard, including coiled aluminum tubes, but excluding 3xxx series precision drawn aluminum tubes. During the investigation of the case, the implementation of anti-dumping measures was suspended. This announcement shall come into effect as of the date of its release.
