Recently, the "Implementation Opinions of the CPC Zhanhua District Committee of Binzhou City and the People's Government of Zhanhua District, Binzhou City on Carrying Out the 'Three Major Campaigns' of Investment Promotion, Project Construction and Industrial Economy in 2025" and the preferential policies for enterprises in the Lingang Industrial Park were released. It proposed to give full play to the leading role of leading enterprises in the high-end aluminum industrial cluster and accelerate the development of lightweight aluminum new materials industry centered on new energy vehicles. Attract key enterprises and major projects related to automotive lightweighting, high-end die-casting, battery aluminum foil, aerospace, photovoltaic aluminum profiles, all-aluminum home profiles, consumer packaging, and recycled aluminum-based materials, and build the country's largest recycled aluminum production base, a national advanced manufacturing industrial cluster, and a world-class high-end aluminum industry base. Within the year, it has signed and attracted at least one, two and five high-end aluminum physical projects each with an investment of 3 billion yuan, 1 billion yuan and 500 million yuan respectively. The actual funds from outside the city that have been in place for the physical project exceed 1 billion yuan.
