In order to further improve production efficiency and product quality, Guizhou Yuefeng introduced the "friction stir welding technology" in the aviation field. Through the efforts of the engineer team, the integrated welding and processing equipment has been successfully developed, which integrates multiple processes, not only improving the processing accuracy, but also improving the production efficiency by 35%. This technology also realizes zero pollution in the welding process, and the welding qualification rate is as high as 99.5%. In addition, the company has also introduced automatic die casting islands with integrated automatic spraying and automatic picking functions, and is equipped with 18 robots for automatic cleaning and polishing transformation, realizing the full digital operation of the production line. In the first quarter of this year, the company's output was up about 20% from the same period last year.
In order to further adapt to market demand, Guizhou Yuefeng is accelerating the construction of an annual output of 600,000 new energy electric control and charging system aluminum alloy shell project. After the project is put into operation, the annual output value is expected to reach more than 85 million yuan. "We will continue to follow the path of innovation, continuously optimize production processes and improve production efficiency through digital empowerment and green manufacturing," Wang said.
Guizhou Yuefeng focuses on the field of aluminum alloy die-casting parts for new energy vehicles, with 15 kinds of core products and an annual output of more than 5 million pieces. The company is equipped with 21 different models of die casting machines, and has 3,000 tons of automatic die casting island, has built a modern, automated, standardized intelligent green factory. In 2023, the company's annual sales exceeded 60 million yuan.
