(1) Precise investment promotion extends the industrial chain. By extending and supplementing the industrial chain through "business-to-business attraction", leveraging the advantages of the circular economy of renewable resources, we will specifically attract enterprises related to the aluminum industry to promote the extension and supplementation of the aluminum industry chain. Up to now, the top leaders have led teams to go abroad for investment promotion seven times, successfully signing nine projects including 100,000-ton aluminum plate and strip, and tracking and negotiating seven projects including 20,000-ton recycled aluminum shavings processing.
(2) Project construction acceleration. Strengthen the infrastructure of the existing industrial chain, actively promote the accelerated construction of the 100,000-ton green circular recycled aluminum production line project of Qingchuan Zhilong and the 30,000-ton aluminum profile production line project of Sichuan Guangxin Aluminum Industry Co., LTD., and strive to ensure that the 500,000-ton green circular deformable aluminum alloy material project (Phase I) of Qingchuan Fucheng New Materials Co., Ltd. reaches full production capacity and efficiency.
(3) Improve the quality and efficiency of enterprise services. Establish a system for leading cadres to connect with enterprises, and adopt forms such as point-to-point contact and zonal responsibility to achieve a dual improvement in the service awareness and efficiency of the park. At the same time, it will promote the construction of aluminum industry projects, deepen the agency and assistance services for administrative approval, enhance the level of element guarantee, and coordinate and solve 15 difficulties and problems such as water, electricity and gas for enterprises like Jiaxing Aluminum Industry and Guangxin Aluminum Industry.
