Recently, Yuefeng Aluminum has received a major piece of good news - the 30,000-ton aluminum alloy casting production line has successfully completed its trial run. At present, this production line is in a tense stage of equipment debugging. Technicians are racing against time to precisely calibrate and optimize various parameters to ensure the stability and efficiency of equipment operation. It is expected to be officially put into production in June.
This newly completed production line has established a highly integrated production system by introducing automated production equipment and intelligent control systems. Advanced servo drive equipment, in combination with intelligent monitoring systems, as well as automatic stacking robotic arms and automatic packaging equipment, not only significantly enhance production efficiency but also ensure the stability and uniformity of product quality.
