Recently, the headquarters and battery module production base and technology transfer center project of Suzhou Yuefeng Energy, with a total investment of 400 million yuan, broke ground in Zhangjiagang Economic Development Zone.
This project is dedicated to the research and development and production of automotive lightweight aluminum alloy battery trays and chassis products, including battery trays, aluminum alloy brackets, etc. After introducing a team of foreign academicians, we successfully overcame the difficulties in battery tray welding technology and the development of new product power battery modules, achieving high stability and high energy density of battery modules. Our customers are mainly leading international enterprises.
The new project that has started construction this time aims to build an industry-leading production base for power battery modules and a technology transfer center platform, with an annual production capacity of 200,000 sets of battery modules. The project is expected to be completed and put into production in the first quarter of 2026. Once it reaches full production capacity, its annual revenue will exceed 500 million yuan.
