Recently, the "1+4" hot continuous rolling mill of Yuefengzhi Aluminum New Materials Co., Ltd. was successfully debugged, and the first coil of aluminum was perfectly rolled off the production line. This marks that the first "1+4" aluminum hot continuous rolling production line in Yunnan Province has officially entered the operation stage, providing solid support for the in-depth development of the green aluminum industry in Wenshan Prefecture.
The Yuefeng Zhi Aluminum hot rolling mill is composed of mature domestic mechanical suppliers and the most advanced international electrical control system. It features a high degree of automation, an advanced perception system and remote control capabilities. The entire 450-meter-long production line only requires six people to operate.
As a major project in Yunnan Province and a key project in the green aluminum industry chain, this project has been shouldering the responsibility of industrial upgrading since its construction began. After several consecutive days of stable operation and data monitoring, the first coil was successfully produced under the joint efforts and witness of all construction units and the project owner. In the future, Yuefeng Zhi Aluminum will continue to focus on the new materials sector and contribute positively to the green transformation of the aluminum industry.
