The first phase of the Yuefeng Aluminum alloy die-casting project has been put into operation

On December 28, 2025, the first phase of the lightweight aluminum alloy die-casting project of Yuefeng Power Co., Ltd. was put into operation and the first batch of products were rolled off the production line. The ceremony was held in Laibin City, Guangxi. This event marks the official launch of a new journey of industrial upgrading and high-quality development for Yuefeng Aluminum Alloy Die Casting.
Yuefeng Aluminum Alloy Die Casting has been steadily advancing in its industrial development layout. In April this year, the Management Committee of the Industrial Park of Laibin City, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, and Yuefeng Aluminum held a signing ceremony for the "Lightweight Aluminum Alloy Die-casting Industrialization Project". According to the project plan, the lightweight aluminum alloy die-casting workshop will be built in three phases with 12 die-casting production lines. After the project is fully operational, it will have an annual production capacity of over 2.6 million products and an annual aluminum consumption of approximately 20,000 tons.
It is worth mentioning that the first phase of the project was successfully completed and put into operation in just nine months. The first batch of products rolled off the production line this time covers core components in the power domain such as motor housings, reducer housings and hybrid box housings for several key models of Yuefeng aluminum Alloy die-casting.
Under the guidance of the "Industrial Strong Guangxi" strategy of Guangxi Autonomous Region, Yuefeng Aluminum has keenly seized the opportunity of the coordinated development of the industrial chain. Relying on the abundant aluminum water resources in Laibin City, it has joined hands with leading enterprises such as SAIC-GM-Wuling to jointly promote the construction of the advanced manufacturing base for pan-aluminum parts in Guangxi. Committed to building an integrated industrial ecosystem of "direct supply of molten aluminum - material innovation - component manufacturing", promoting regional resources to climb towards the high-end manufacturing value chain.
