Announcement of the Tariff Commission of The State Council on the Tariff Adjustment Plan for 2026

To thoroughly implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and its subsequent plenary sessions, lead the development of new quality productive forces, continuously meet the people's needs for a better life, assist in expanding high-level opening up to the outside world, and promote high-quality development, in accordance with the Tariff Law of the People's Republic of China and relevant regulations, starting from January 1, 2026, the import tariff rates and tariff items for some goods will be adjusted. For specific details, please refer to the attachment.
