The output of Yuefeng Aluminum's 2000mm rolling mill exceeded 5,000 tons again in April

In April, the 2000mm rolling mill in the cold rolling workshop completed the transfer of 5,112 tons of finished products, breaking through the 5,000-ton mark again after January 2023, accounting for 47.2% of the workshop's total output. All the workers in the workshop have delivered a satisfactory report card through their hard work.
To ensure the quality and quantity of the production targets are met, the cold rolling workshop has taken the following measures: First, the production pace is "small steps but fast pace", the daily production plan is refined, tasks are decomposed to each team, and workshop managers go to the site for office work every day with problems in mind. Second, quality control is "strictly guarded", with full monitoring from equipment support to the implementation of process elements. For products prone to problems, "measures" are formulated in advance. Thirdly, equipment maintenance is carried out by seizing every available opportunity. The gaps between paper and roller changes are utilized to maintain the equipment, thereby minimizing the equipment failure rate. Fourth, optimize the incentive mechanism, establish a target award for substandard machines and a zero award for substandard products in teams. There will be both competition and collaboration among teams, and everyone will strive to be a star in their positions. What warms everyone's hearts is that the workshop and the MES team have jointly solved one by one the problems existing in the MES system that affected production, enabling everyone to work hard to catch up with the output.
The 2000mm rolling mill once again surpassed the 5,000-ton mark in the first month of the second quarter. This achievement is attributed to the hardworking spirit of all the staff in the cold rolling workshop who have overcome difficulties and forged ahead in the face of challenges. Under the scientific coordination of the company, all staff in the cold rolling workshop will continue to deepen the collaborative breakthrough mechanism to ensure the high-quality completion of the annual production tasks and provide strong support for the company to fully achieve its production and operation goals.
