On May 7, 2024, the U.S. Department of Commerce issued a notice saying that the first anti-dumping rapid sunset review of Aluminum Alloy Aluminum Sheet imported from China was final: If the current anti-dumping measures are cancelled, it will lead to China's products involved in the dumping margin of 59.72% to continue or occur again; At the same time, the first anti-subsidy rapid sunset review of aluminum alloy sheets imported from China was made, and it was ruled that if the anti-subsidy duties in this case were cancelled, the subsidies of China's products involved in the case would continue or reoccur at a tax rate of 48.46% to 57.00%.
On November 28, 2017, the US Department of Commerce announced the launch of anti-dumping and countervailing investigations into imports of aluminum alloy sheets from China. On November 7, 2018, the US Department of Commerce announced a final anti-dumping and countervailing ruling on aluminum alloy sheets imported from China. On January 2, 2024, the U.S. Department of Commerce launched the first anti-dumping and countervailing sunset review investigation of aluminum alloy sheets imported from China.
