The Yuefeng Special Light Alloy Materials Project has officially gone into production

Recently, the Yuefeng Special Light Alloy Materials Project, which is under the Yuefeng Lightweight Corporation and located within the Yuefeng Lightweight Base, has officially started production. Since the trial production began on April 13th, after two months of research and development, trial production and safety acceptance, a number of new aluminum alloy products have been successfully developed, accelerating the group's innovation pace in the field of special light alloys and adding a strong link to the high-end aluminum alloy industrial chain of Yuefeng Group.
 
The project selects advanced large-scale equipment such as aluminum melting furnaces, holding furnaces, sawing machines, and homogenizing furnaces. Relying on renowned domestic research institutions like the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences and Soochow University, as well as top expert teams, and leveraging the group's advantages in automotive lightweight design, research and development, and manufacturing, We mass-produce the WQAL high-strength, high-toughness and high-service aluminum alloy materials independently developed by Yuefeng to make up for the deficiency in the research and development and preparation of high-performance 6-series aluminum alloy materials in the aluminum processing industry, break through the limitations of the existing traditional 6-series aluminum alloys in the application of automobiles, increase the aluminum usage in automobiles, and truly achieve the maximization of lightweight.
 
In addition, this project shoulders the "important responsibility" of piloting the industrial production line of new aluminum alloy materials, promoting the application of scientific research achievements and industrial transformation, and will contribute to energy conservation, emission reduction and the realization of the "dual carbon" goals.
