Yuefeng New Materials announced that recently, the company signed a "Strategic Cooperation Agreement" with PREMIUM INFINITE VENTURES INC. (referred to as "PIVI"), and PIVI intends to purchase building materials and other new materials from the company. The agreement stipulates that the cooperation period is three years, and the total value of the intended purchase is approximately 42 million US dollars, equivalent to approximately 301.7241 million yuan.
