Recently, the People's Government of Tongliao City issued the 2025 Tongliao City National Economic and Social Development Plan, which mentioned promoting the output value of the aluminum-based new materials industry to exceed 100 billion yuan. Actively undertake the transfer of domestic electrolytic aluminum and alumina production capacity, and strive to promote the completion and commissioning of projects such as the 350,000-ton electrolytic aluminum project of Zalu Phase II, the 550,000-ton aluminum can project of Jinlian, and the high-purity aluminum and deep processing project of Yuefeng. Also, advance the commencement of construction of projects such as the 200,000-ton lightweight, high-strength and high-toughness aluminum alloy project of Chuangyuan and the 300,000-ton high-precision aluminum alloy project of Chuangyuan.
