A few days ago, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Finance, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, the General Administration of Market Regulation, the National Data Bureau and other six departments jointly issued the first batch of outstanding smart factory recognition list, Yuefeng Aluminum "efficient green low-carbon electrolytic aluminum smart factory" and Yuefeng Technology "AI driven intelligent control of aluminum electrolysis smart factory" was selected.
With technology and equipment as the core and data as the basis, the two enterprises rely on production units, work areas, processes, teams, supply chains and other carriers to build a scene-real integration scenario, and realize the digitalization of the whole process including advanced process control, three-dimensional visualization and centralized control of the whole plant data, 100% standardized storage of production business data, and real-time perception of the whole plant business status. Set the benchmark of smart aluminum factory. Since 2017, the construction of Yuefeng Aluminum smart factory has gone through the first, second and third phase projects, and has now achieved full coverage of electrolytic aluminum production formats, and will continue to expand to other formats such as carbon, thermal power, and high-purity aluminum. Yuefeng Technology smart factory construction has gone through the 1.0 and 2.0 phases of project iteration, and is currently carrying out the construction of alumina smart factory, and will plan to achieve the ultimate labor productivity index through the electrolytic aluminum 3.0 smart factory project and alumina business "interworking, interconnection and co-management".
According to reports, the six departments jointly carried out the 2024 annual smart factory gradient cultivation action to support the hierarchical construction of basic, advanced, excellent and pilot-level smart factories. Among them, the excellent smart factory requires the enterprise to be at the leading level in the domestic industry in terms of design, production and operation data integration, intelligent management and control of manufacturing equipment, online optimization of the production process, comprehensive optimization of the whole product life cycle and the whole link of the supply chain, multi-scenario system-level intelligent application, and main technical and economic indicators, and play a leading role in the industry.
