Yuefeng New Materials: plans to set up a joint venture company in Morocco to build new energy battery housing and other supporting supply capacity

Yue Feng New Materials announced on the evening of February 17 that the company intends to set up a company in Morocco to build supporting supply capabilities such as new energy battery shells, body structures, and high-strength roller parts, as a production base for the European and North African markets. The registered capital of the Moroccan company is 100 million yuan (equivalent to the corresponding dirham), of which: the company invests 49 million yuan and holds 49% through the wholly-owned subsidiary of Yuefeng Aluminum Products Co., Ltd. to be established in the United Kingdom.
