On May 24, the 1.4 million ton green and low-carbon energy efficiency enhancement project for electrolytic aluminum by Yuefeng Aluminum, undertaken and constructed by Guizhou Construction Investment Group, was successfully electrified in one go. All operating indicators were excellent, the entire line met the standards, and the key milestone of electrification and production was successfully achieved.
The project is located in the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. Qiye Installation Company was mainly responsible for core construction tasks such as civil construction of the electrolysis workshop, flue gas purification area engineering, electrical installation in the electrolysis workshop, and electrolytic cell manufacturing and installation. During the construction period, the project team overcame multiple challenges including complex local climate conditions, tight construction schedules, high technical standards, and multi-professional intersectional work.
Since the start of construction, the project party branch has fully leveraged the role of party building to lead all participating personnel in strictly adhering to the four bottom lines of safety, quality, schedule, and cost. The project team scientifically coordinated construction resources such as manpower, materials, and equipment, continuously optimized construction processes, refined node control, and implemented standardized construction and meticulous management throughout the process, successfully completing all construction tasks with high quality.
