Recently, it was learned from China Classification Society Quality Certification Co., Ltd. that Yuefeng Aluminum Company passed the first certification of the measurement management system and won the AAA level measurement management system certificate. The AAA certificate of the measurement management system marks that the measurement management activities of the branch in product quality, operation and management, energy saving and environmental monitoring have reached the ISO10012 international standard level, and the operation and management strength of the branch system have reached a new level and reached a new height on the basis of quality, environment, occupational health and safety and energy.
It is reported that from May 28 to June 7, China Classification Society conducted a certification audit on the operation of the measurement management system of the branch company. After a comprehensive review, the audit team agreed that Yuefeng Aluminum Company passed the on-site review of the initial audit of AAA measurement management system in 2024.
The expert group conducted a physical examination of the measurement management system system of all systems of Yuefeng Aluminum Company by means of data review, blind sample testing, spot checks, etc. In view of the operating status of the system, the expert group put forward 3 non-conformance items and 12 constructive suggestions in the aspects of measurement process control, measurement characteristics requirements, and energy measurement management at the last meeting. It points out the direction for the next development and improvement of the measurement management system of Yuefeng Aluminum Company.
With the introduction and modeling of the measurement management system, the measurement function has expanded from the traditional management of measuring instruments to the management of measurement process control and measurement confirmation in each process. According to GB/T19022-2003/ISO10012-2003 "Measurement Management System - Requirements for measuring processes and measuring equipment" and GB17167-2006 "Equipment and management of energy unit energy measurement equipment", the measurement process control, nonconformity control, measurement uncertainty assessment, measurement system monitoring, and energy measurement are proposed Management and other provisions, detailed implementation of the work; At the same time, organize to identify the measurement requirements of internal customers, and correctly equip the measurement equipment; Implement the validation of the metrological validation process according to calibration management; Organize extensive metrological training to improve the quality and professional technical level of surveying personnel; Strengthen the supervision and management of measurement, ensure the accuracy and reliability of the quantity value, and reduce possible quality risks and unintended consequences.
