On the morning of April 20, the first aluminum rod was slowly released from the extrusion equipment at the construction site of Yuefeng Aluminum Co., LTD., located in Wuxi Economic and Technological Development Zone. Then the formed aluminum profile was transferred out, and the extrusion test machine was successful.
Yuefeng Aluminum is a modern enterprise specializing in the design, production, processing and sales of high-end architectural aluminum profiles and industrial aluminum profiles. It has invested an annual output of 100,000 tons of aluminum deep processing project in Wuxi City, with a total investment of 480 million yuan. It has built 4 casting production lines, 16 aluminum extrusion production lines, 4 aging furnaces and 2 spraying production lines. And electrophoretic anodizing, wood grain transfer and other modern equipment.
Up to now, 80% of the total progress of the project has been completed, and all kinds of equipment are coming in one after another. It is expected to be officially put into production in May. After the project is completed and put into operation, the annual sales revenue will reach 2.5 billion yuan and more than 900 people will be employed.
