Recently, the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology announced the list of advanced-level intelligent factories for the year 2026. Yuefeng Aluminum New Energy Automotive Motor Housing Production and Manufacturing Intelligent Factory was successfully selected. This level is a provincial benchmark in the provincial intelligent factory gradient cultivation system, representing enterprises that have reached the leading level in the province in terms of intelligent equipment, digital systems, lean production, quality control, and green low-carbon aspects.
The intelligent factory that has been awarded this recognition possesses the capability to manufacture high-performance precision aluminum alloy parts and assemblies for various applications, including high-precision extrusion water-cooled motor housings for electric vehicles, multi-functional oil-cooled die-cast power housings, as well as anti-collision beams and threshold beams for high-end vehicles.
From research and development design to production execution, from process monitoring to quality control, the intelligent factory for the production of new energy vehicle motor housings has basically covered typical intelligent manufacturing scenarios such as digital infrastructure, digital design of products and processes, human-machine collaborative operations, precise quality traceability, and equipment monitoring. It has achieved a full-chain digital and intelligent upgrade in production, management, and collaboration.
