On May 11th, Yuefeng Group released a voluntary announcement. Its subsidiary, Yuefeng Industry, signed the "Intelligent Robot and Robotic Dog Business Framework Agreement" with Taiwan-listed company Mei Li Automation on April 15th, 2026. They plan to jointly establish one or more joint ventures in Taiwan, focusing on the research, development, manufacturing, sales, and multi-scenario application development of intelligent robots and robotic dogs. According to the agreement, Yuefeng Industry intends to hold 60% of the shares, while Mei Li intends to hold 40%; the registered capital of the joint venture is expected to be NT$1 billion.
This cooperation aims to integrate the manufacturing capabilities of Yuefeng Group in the global automotive parts supply chain with the core technologies of Alliance in the fields of semiconductor automation systems and intelligent robots, in order to expand the second growth curve. As of the date of the announcement, the joint venture company has not yet been established. The formal joint venture agreement, investment schedule, governance arrangements, etc. still need to be further negotiated and implemented after going through the relevant regulatory approval procedures in Taiwan. The board of directors believes that this cooperation is in line with the company's long-term development strategy, and is conducive to seizing the opportunities in the global intelligent automation industry and enhancing the comprehensive competitiveness.
