Yuefeng New Materials: Signed an overseas infrastructure contract worth approximately 142 million yuan

On the evening of June 9th, it was announced that the company's wholly-owned subsidiary, Yuefeng GLOBAL CONSTRUCTION TECH MALAYSIA SDN.BHD., signed a subcontract for the main infrastructure works of some sections of a commercial project of a certain owner unit.
The company provides a comprehensive service plan for infrastructure construction for the project, covering the design, construction and supporting works of infrastructure and other comprehensive service work. Based on the contract quotation, the total contract amount is estimated to be 83.5 million Malaysian ringgit, approximately 142 million yuan (including tax), accounting for 5.61% of the company's audited total operating revenue for the year 2024. The project implementation period is 24 months.
