On the eve of the Mid-Autumn Festival, the 20-ton batch-type homogenizer furnace of Yuefeng Technology was successfully started and put into operation in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The equipment was successfully debugged for the first time and was officially put into production for the customer's uniform heat treatment of aluminum rods.
The 20-ton batch-type homogenizer furnace that was implemented in Dammam, Saudi Arabia this time is a core heat treatment equipment for aluminum processing independently developed and manufactured by Yuefeng Technology. It has advantages such as uniform temperature control, low energy consumption, and stable operation. It is suitable for the production conditions of aluminum profiles in the Middle East and can effectively improve the metallographic structure and product quality of aluminum rods. During the implementation of the project, the technical team of Yuefeng Technology went to the site to complete the equipment installation, debugging, and operation training, effectively ensuring the project was put into production on schedule and again winning the recognition of the customer.
