The "Measures for the Management of Provincial New Industrialization Special Funds" was recently issued. The "Measures" state: Key support will be given to major projects such as the improvement of key links in the industrial chain, industrial driving and driving forces, and filling the gaps within the province. This will promote the development of industries such as the deep processing of non-ferrous metals mainly including aluminum and copper, the new materials industry mainly including indium, germanium and platinum, the new energy battery and fine phosphorus chemical industry that efficiently and valuefully utilize phosphorus resources, the deep processing of green food and Chinese medicinal materials, and the digital industry led by digital information channels and electronic information manufacturing. It will also accelerate the cultivation and development of emerging industries such as biomedicine, new materials, advanced equipment manufacturing, and low-altitude economy, as well as future industries such as bio-manufacturing and embodied intelligence.
