To accelerate the implementation of the talent-driven city strategy in the new era and promote the deep integration of the innovation chain, industrial chain, capital chain and talent chain, on August 12th, the "Intelligence Convergent in Shanxi" expert and Talent Summer Camp and the second "Yuncheng Talent Week" - Yuncheng City Aluminum Deep Processing Industry-Talent Integration Symposium were held in enterprises. Experts and professors have deeply connected with local industries through on-site investigations, symposiums and other forms, aiming to identify cooperation entry points, strengthen project support, help enterprises solve technical problems, promote the transformation of scientific research achievements and the high-quality development of enterprises, and inject strong impetus into the upgrading of the aluminum deep processing industry in Yuncheng City. The relevant responsible persons from the Organization Department of the Yuncheng Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China, the Yuncheng Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, the Hejin Economic and Technological Development Zone, the Hejin Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology and Science and Technology, as well as representatives and technical personnel from key enterprises around Hejin City attended the symposium. The meeting was presided over by Xue Weike, member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Hejin Municipal Committee and Minister of Organization.
At the meeting, Li Minfu, a member of the Party Group of the Hejin Municipal Government, the Party Secretary and Director of the Management Committee of the Hejin Economic and Technological Development Zone, introduced the overview of the Economic and Technological Development Zone and the operation of the supply chain model for the aluminum deep processing industry.
Xue Fengping, the deputy general manager of Chalco Shanxi New Materials and Chalco Shanxi Aluminum Industry, elaborated in detail on the achievements and measures of the enterprises in technological innovation as well as their future development directions. Representatives from enterprises such as Shanxi Juhua New Materials and Shanxi Tengmao Technology introduced the bottlenecks and challenges they encountered during their development process. The participating enterprises expressed their practical demands for strengthening cooperation with universities and research institutions, introducing high-end talents and solving technical problems.
Experts and professors listened carefully to the basic situation of each enterprise and had in-depth exchanges with them in combination with their professional research directions. While affirming the achievements made by the enterprises in scientific and technological innovation, they also put forward valuable opinions and suggestions on the transformation of scientific research achievements and other aspects.
