Jinzhai County signed a high-end intelligent manufacturing aluminum alloy die-casting parts production project

On the afternoon of October 13th, the signing ceremony of the high-end intelligent manufacturing aluminum alloy die-casting parts production project attracted by the Key Project Construction Management Office of Jinzhai County was held in the first meeting room on the fifth floor of the county government Service center.
This project plans to lease approximately 10,000 square meters of factory buildings 8-2 and 11-1 in Chunxing Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park. It will utilize the molten aluminum from Dingtian Aluminum Industry within Chunxing Intelligent Manufacturing as raw material to extend the precision processing industrial chain. Additionally, it will install 20 large-scale Japanese imported Mazak CNC machines, 3 cleaning lines, and 6 coding and full inspection lines. The main products include new energy vehicle parts such as car wheels, tiles and handles, motorcycle parts, computer cases, etc. Three new die-casting machines with a capacity of 2,000 to 3,000 tons and their supporting equipment have been installed to produce wheel hubs, car tiles, engine casings, handle blanks, etc. The products are mainly supplied to Chery, BYD, Gree, Lenovo and local brands such as Yadea and Hongri.
The project is scheduled to be completed and put into operation within six months. Once it reaches full production capacity, it is expected to achieve an annual sales revenue of 200 million yuan and an annual tax payment of approximately 6 million yuan.
At present, the project is undergoing the installation and construction of some equipment. The county Key Project office will continue to play the role of the investment promotion unit in providing guarantee services, ensuring the elements and services for the project construction throughout the process. It will adhere to high standards, high quality and high efficiency in promoting the project, and provide all-round services for enterprises to ensure that the project is put into production and achieve benefits as soon as possible.
