The second phase of Yuefeng Aluminum Die Casting Project is expected to commence production by the end of 2026.

Recently, Yuefeng Aluminum Die Casting Co., Ltd. has reached two crucial milestones in its production and operation as well as capacity expansion. Currently, the first phase production line of the company is operating at full capacity, and the main structure of the second phase expansion project factory has been successfully completed. The project is advancing at full speed and is expected to be put into operation by the end of 2026.
It is reported that the roof construction of all the factory buildings for the second phase project has been completed. The overall structural acceptance is expected to be finished by the end of August. This expansion project has added approximately 53 acres of land. After the project is completed, it will be able to increase the annual production capacity of automotive lightweight key components by 3 million pieces, effectively resolving the development bottleneck of the company where there are sufficient orders but insufficient existing production capacity.
Yuefeng Aluminum Die Casting mainly focuses on manufacturing high-quality precision aluminum alloy parts for automobiles. Its business covers both traditional fuel vehicles and new energy vehicles. The products include power transmission components such as oil pans and covers, as well as new energy three-in-one electric components like inverters and motor housings, and suspension system components like suspension brackets. With years of experience in lightweight and precision die casting technology, the company has successfully entered the supply chains of leading new energy vehicle manufacturers such as NIO and LEAP.
Thanks to the expansion of overall demand in the automotive market, the company's current orders have been scheduled until the second half of 2026. Both the fuel vehicle and new energy vehicle supporting businesses have seen a significant increase in output. However, the existing production lines are unable to keep up with the growth rate of orders. At the same time, the second-phase project is simultaneously planning to build a brand-new R&D center. Once completed, the company will be able to independently develop the entire mold process, reducing the trial production cycle of new products by one-third. After the new energy-specific production line is put into operation, the new orders from automakers such as NIO and LEAP will be able to achieve local production and delivery.
In recent years, Yuefeng Aluminum Die Casting has experienced rapid growth. The company listed on the New Third Board in 2024 and is currently working on the listing on the Beijing Stock Exchange. The latest financial report for 2025 shows that the company achieved a revenue of 1.015 billion yuan, an increase of 11.43% year-on-year; the net profit was 89.5421 million yuan, an increase of 20.06% year-on-year, presenting a favorable growth trend.
