From September 18th to 20th, a 5-member review team from CNAS conducted a "re-assessment + expansion + change" on-site review for Yuefeng Aluminum Testing Technology (Wuxi) Co., Ltd. (National Light Metal Quality Inspection Center).
The review experts reviewed the laboratory management system documents, facilities and environment, and personnel, and arranged 25 test objects and over 100 test parameters for on-site experiments. Through the joint efforts of all personnel, the test results were all satisfactory.
The review experts highly praised the laboratory. The laboratory staff's quality and ability level were high, the instruments and equipment were excellent, and they have provided good technical services for the non-ferrous industry for many years. The review team unanimously believed that: The quality management system of the laboratory operated effectively, all quality activities were under control, the on-site test capability assessment was excellent, and it successfully passed this on-site review.
This review added 3 types of test objects (asphalt, industrial gallium chemical analysis, phase analysis of inorganic chemical products) and 46 test standards; changed 40 test standards and 9 product standards; after this review, the laboratory's authorized content included 32 types of test objects, 406 test standards (methods), and 72 judgment standards. This further expanded the testing service scope and revenue channels. In recent years, Yuefeng Aluminum Testing has continuously improved its testing technical service level, purchased a batch of industry-leading GD-MS, ICP-MS, XPS, etc. high-end equipment, and built a high-purity material testing laboratory and a black-light intelligent testing laboratory.
